How to Order and Select Your Correct Quantity:
Prices are per listed increment. Most fabrics are sold in increments of 25cm, and some ribbons/laces are 1 metre increments.
All fabric and ribbon/lace cuts will come in a continuous piece when available, in the specific increments listed. For example, if you order a quantity of (5) 25cm cuts, the order will come in a 1.25 metre continuous piece, not 5 separate 25cm cuts.
Processing & Delivery Times:
At The FABRIC Tree we know how important it is to have speedy and safe delivery of your order. We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders within one business day of receiving full payment. Unfortunately, we only ship within Australia at this time.
We use Australia Post satchels providing tracking numbers for both regular and express shipping. We dispatch orders every weekday except public holidays.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for standard domestic delivery of your items, however these times may vary depending on your location and some remote areas may take a little longer. EXPRESS $14.95 Australia Wide
This is not a guaranteed overnight delivery service. Your order will be packed and posted using Australia Post Express Post service and will be delivered as per Australia Post conditions depending on location. Most fabric widths are 44/45". Meaning, with the selvage, it will be about 45" wide, unless otherwise stated.
Nearly all of the fabric prints & plains in our shop are 100% Cotton Quilting Weight Fabric, unless otherwise indicated.
All fabric is either cut directly from the bolt or purchased pre cut and has not been washed.
Every computer screen shows colour differently. We are not responsible for any discrepancies in colour from the computer image to the actual print. We try to make sure that colours and prints are represented as accurately as possible.
An exchange will be given if you are not completely satisfied with the product, excluding sale items. If the product is damaged we will give a full refund of the product. The product must be returned to us in it's original state at your own cost within 14 days of purchase. However if the wrong product has been sent or the product is not in good condition, then we will cover the postage costs. Refunds are not given if you have a change of mind.
